These are just things I write, okay? Sometimes they're profound insights
or funny stories and I'm really proud of them. Other times it's mindless
rhetoric that I've since completely changed my mind about and am ashamed
of. But most of the time it's just words.

Stuffing Guidlines
1. Match label to address on undeliverable piece.
2. Take information from old envelope and put into new envelope.
3. Place appropriate label onto the outside window of the envelope.
4. Place the label neatly in the center of the window.
5. If a label does not match an envelope, pull up the account in OCIS to check
if the name has been updated.
6. Place neatly into a tray when completed with envelope flaps
7. Do Not place the label on the inside of the envelope.
8. Do Not place the label crooked in the window.
9. Do Not seal the envelopes.
When mail is sent, it is put through a machine to read it and seal it. It is
very important that the labels are placed neatly and on the outside of the
envelope. If it is sent back due to a post office machine not being able to
read it, we lose postage money.
